WhatsApp — Quickest Response
WhatsApp is the fastest way to reach Jo. As we're often driving between appointments or treating patients, we can't always take calls — but we'll pick up a WhatsApp message as soon as we're free.
Email — Always Checked
Email is ideal for care home enquiries, corporate bookings, or anything that needs a more detailed response. Jo checks emails regularly and will always get back to you.

Payment & cancellation
We accept cash on the day or bank transfer within 48 hours. We do not accept card payments. Please give at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel — a £20 fee applies for late cancellations.
