We accept cash payments on the day of your appointment, or if preferred, we can email an invoice after your appointment to do a bank transfer. Bank transfer payments should be made within 48 hours following your appointment. Please note that we do not accept debit or credit card payments.
The following zones are not within our normal catchment but we are still willing to book you in provided the following:
For patients residing within the Congestion Charging zone in London, a charge of £15 will be added to the treatment price.
For patients residing outside our normal catchment area (refer to our "Areas We Cover" page), there is an additional charge of £15, which will be added to the treatment price. Our catchment area is already extensive, but we are willing to travel a bit further if this charge is paid. (subject to discussion).
Please note that cancellation charges apply. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice. Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in a cancellation fee of £20, which must be settled before booking any further appointments.
